Customer Care

Report a
Concern.

Whether you are a customer, a security researcher, or a business that believes its brand or content appears here, this page tells you exactly who to contact and what happens next.

What you can report

Four kinds of report, one team

Every report below reaches the same customer care team and is acknowledged. Choosing the closest match simply helps us route it to the right reviewer faster.

Brand, content & ownership

You are a bank, financial institution or business and you believe a name, logo, trademark, photograph or wording published on this site belongs to you or is used without permission. This is the route to raise it — see the full policy.

Security vulnerabilities

You have found a technical weakness in this website or the online banking platform. Please report it privately and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Do not access, alter or download other people’s data while testing.

Fraud & impersonation

You have received an email, message or call claiming to be from us that you believe is fraudulent, or found a website impersonating this one. Forward the message with its full headers if you can — do not reply to it, and do not click any links it contains.

Personal data concerns

You want your personal data corrected or erased, or you believe it has been handled incorrectly. Your rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

How to report

Tell us these five things

A report with these details can usually be actioned straight away. Without them we normally have to write back and ask, which delays the outcome you want.

  1. 1

    Where it is

The exact page address (URL), and a screenshot if you have one.

  2. 2

    What it is

Which image, which words, which logo or mark — be as specific as you can.

  3. 3

    Why it is yours

The right you are asserting and any evidence — a trademark number, a copyright record, or a link to your own earlier published use.

  4. 4

    Who you are

Your name, your organisation, and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.

  5. 5

    What outcome you want

Removal, attribution, a licence discussion, or simply a correction.

What happens after you report

Customer care acknowledges your report and assigns it to a reviewer. You receive our findings in writing. Where a claim appears well founded we may take the material down or replace it while the review is still open — that step is not an admission of liability, and leaving material in place while we establish the facts is not a rejection of your claim.

Reporting here does not limit any other remedy available to you, and nothing on this page is legal advice. If you would prefer to send a formal notice through your legal representatives, customer care will direct it appropriately.
